At Thatha Oil, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is packed with care and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery, along with a photo or video proof.

Return Process:

  • Contact our support team via phone or email with your order ID and issue details.

  • Our team will review your request and arrange for a return pickup or guide you through the process.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be Provided to the  original payment method.

  • Payment will be refund within 5–7 working days.

Shipping Policy:

  • All order will be delivered within 2 to 5 days.
